What’s Covered

✔ Lifetime protection against color fading or tarnish
✔ Defects in materials or craftsmanship
✔ Replacement of the same or similar item if your piece is no longer available

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty doesn’t include:

• Accidental damage or misuse (bending, breaking, or force impact)

• Loss or theft

• Normal wear of chains, clasps, or plating caused by external chemicals (perfume, cleaning agents, etc.)

How to Claim Your Warranty

If your Gildova piece ever fades or loses color, simply email support@gildova.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item

• A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a free replacement or repair as soon as possible.
