Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Refunds apply to regular-priced items only. Sale items, personalized pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@gildova.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.
